False banned and acused of being someone I am not

Helo I am Elite Dust,
I never used sythe but a job oppurtunity came up for a livechat employee for a gold website so I made the first sythe account I have had. I remained fairly active and woke up to find banned for ban evasion and being acused of being someone named bobby_rs , Firstly I am like ok who is this bobby guy so I googled him and found he had the same avatar. You got to be kidding me, I am new here but I hope this is not how admins run things. Because 2 people have same anime char does not mean same people, i got the picture from googling cool forum avatrs. I have never scammed anyone and never will. I am not from michigan nor am I 21,also havent used vpn so run an ip check on me, really dissapointed.

Seems too coincidental that both you and bobby_rs are from very, very similar locations according to IP audits as well.

That said, while I didn't see that avatar while googling "cool forum avatars", it also seems really, really ridiculous that someone would get banned, and then use the avatar off of the same profile they were banned from on.

I believe in giving people a chance. Will let someone else chime in on this dispute.

 

I don't think the evidence presents a strong enough case to warrant a ban for this user.
