    Explanation of the trade:

    Contacted me to buy 2b osrs and I was willing to sell 700m. He wanted to trade in increments, using BTC as the payment.

    Amount scammed: 700m OSRS
    How they scammed:

    They did a trick I think known as a "double send" through bitcoin. They send the money twice which tricks the system into thinking they paid twice, so they refund the BTC.

    After completing the trade, I asked for a vouch, after which he blocked me.

    It seems @King Kudos changed his Discord at some point but didn't update his threads (he's not been on sythe since Feb 10th if you click his profile: King Kudos)

    This is why we strongly urge people to request sythe PMs before any trades.

    @DecipherHtis is who scammed you, by taking up that old Discord and bumping his threads to get people to add the wrong discord. I'll go ahead and remove the old Discord from his threads. This gif explains how: https://i.imgur.com/BE1Kayt.gif
