1-77 runecrafting (it probably wont be level 1 after I've done a few rc quests)

99 fishing (3 tick cut eat barb fish only) - I will know if this isn't being done efficiently.

99 agility trained efficiently course to course accumulating the most possible amount of marks.

The account is HCIM and must understand dying can never be a risk.

Of course I am looking for competitive prices but I will take my time as I play myself looking for the correct person

and much more, I will never need questing as I enjoy that but there are certain untradeables I will request as time goes on, I'm looking to find someone to do business throughout my account.

there will be plenty of work but I'm looking for a very efficient player and not venezuela workers who don't know how to play the game.I need somebody who understands tick manipulation and can prove it before starting. I need someone who is very fast and can stick to time frames, stats will be payed one at a time. I am GMT timezone so I will be playing myself in these hours, I need somebody who can play on short notice at times although you will be given hours notice of me not being able to play any longer.
