    This guy came on skype today saying he couldn't access his account. I assume he seen the other thread and contacted me.

    Anyway i recovered the account for him even tho he said its probably on his email and he just forgot pw.

    once recovery was complete we seen his authentication was still enabled so i said thats great we can prove no1 has been on since.

    he then declined to provide the auth saying he lost his phone
    Which is fine, can happen

    so I deleted the auth and logged in asking him to provide where the account was standing/what it was doing.
    but he declined again saying he didn't remember maybe duel arena

    I asked when he was last on and he said 3-4 months ago, but i seen a name change end of may and he had already provided the correct RSN,

    so I assumed this was him.
    but also puts his last login at 28 days ago not 3-4 months?

    I asked him for the bank pin to prove he was the last person on the account and he had not given it away or sold it on another forums
    but he declined again

    I asked if he knew the 3 friends in the friends list he said he didn't

    TLDR version
    Recovered a account for a customer who wont provide any info that he is the current owner of the account.
    wont provide
    • Current email
    • Authenication
    • Members days
    • Pin
    • Last login (incorrect by a few months)
    • Last location/gear (he did say maybe duel arena)
    • Friends list (only 3 names he didn't know any of them)
    • what clan chat hes in
    He basically wont provide any info about the account that he should have.
    I want to return the account to him. but I do not want to help recover a account if its been passed to someone else.

    What should I do?

    Ill just give him it back if you like but I do not wanna help someone scam so thought id post it as it looks pretty sketchy

    lmao earlier when i was recovering it i asked if he knew creation date to help with recovery and save me turning on my old laptop he said 400 days ago.

    doesn't really help with his motive or explain why he doesn't have any info of the account unless he just got rid of it very recently.

    ok i gave him a 100% easy solution to prove his story and he declined he doesn't know the bank pin so his shit memory story is lies.

    ill leave this to the staff hes changed his story multiple times and not provided anything to prove he hasn't resold it.

    Unless you can prove he sold the account / we can't speculate @chuckle so the account will need to be recovered for him.

    I definitely agree. We are not allowed to make speculative decisions, let me know when the account has been given back to him.
