Haxo scammed me 81-90 range

hi, i was scammed 15m by haxo.

Explanation of the trade: He was supposed to do 81-90 range for 15m within a day or 2..
How they scammed: Took the money, and never heard from him after that -been 12 hours-
Proof it is this member: I had bought a quest from him before-back when he was legit-, and our previous skype conversation was still there

He was quick to respond and give me a cheap price and very fast time limit, promising to get it done. I also had gave him info, and he logged in and ran to bank to see if i had anything. I only had 5m so he didn't take that and i have not seen or spoken to him since. I am saying he scammed me because he is temp banned and already someone else has had problems with him. such a shame..
