ban evading (chelsea brooke) ?

I was banned for ban evading, I’m not sure how that’s possible considering I’ve never had an account here on sythe. i’ve used this forum for years to find people when i was buying gold or an account but just recently made an account. i just moved to my apartment from another city due to it being closer to work, i’m not sure how to prove this other than i can provide my internet statement or something. i don’t see how anyone could have my IP as this computer was built and i just bought this internet provider maybe 2 months ago when i moved here.
