Wont let me sign up

I was told the account i was buying was a maxed spawnpk account but after i logged on i realized that i was lied to and the account wasn't fully maxed. i questioned the seller and then logged out of the account and blocked him since i was looking for a maxed/comped account. I was banned on sythe because i "scammed" him even though i didnt attempt to hack him by changing the password he issued or changing anything on the account. i simply logged off and blocked him. i tried to log on with the info today to see if it was still the same he gave me and it says its invalid which means that the seller has changed the password and still has access to the account. I was "Anti Scammed" for 40m because of this and now i've lost out on 40m because of something i didn't even do?

I took a look through the discord messages and the amount was for 30m not 40m
