Having Trouble Getting Servers to Work!!

Alright, i've downloaded MoparScape, and i've put in the ip address and the port number, and nothing happens. I need to know if i need to use a different client or something. Basically i'm trying to get any server to work, but if some require different clients, i need to know how to get them to work.

At the login, click on Start Server then log in Tell me if it doesn't work btw.

Just means the server is down or you typed something incorrectly,
use silab its much better, http://client.silabsoft.org/client.php
