    Whatup Sythe,

I just want to ask for a little information/advise on how to go about a certain choice I am making.

I am 17 and I am looking to go and study in Egypt. I want to go and study the Arabic language. Me and a friend are going to go at this price :

    $1,799 with double room accommodation
(2 single beds in a shared room)

I am bringing that at around £1200 ( I am from the UK )

As I have never been abroad without my parents funding me, well at least this far, I am just wondering on some advise. This is the place of study I wish to attend : http://www.qortoba.net/Annual-Programs

How much money would you estimate I would need in order to fund myself? Would I be able to work out there? Just some general advise on how to save money for this etc. I am a student in college and am applying for jobs regularly, I am limited due to many reasons such as college hours, criminal record, bad GCSE's. But this is something I am seriously passionate about so I will do what it takes.
We are looking to go around September times, I will be 18 in June so that may help on the job side of things.

    Thanks all!

People would probably be able to give a more accurate response if you tell us how long you'll be staying :)
