how to form the new currency:
A runescape private server.
Mods keeping track of it.

So a server would have to be developed but thats easy.

The server would include: Dicing/staking and other ways of making money Peer 2 peer.

how it works.

-If your Trading RSGP for The Currency you get 1m:1m ratio
-When your trading currency back to rsgp you get 750k:1m ratio
-If you want to cash out on the server (for paypal) you cash out at a 750k:1m ratio
-You cant buy the currency via paypal to prevent chargebacks
-rsgp would be held by a moderator at all times so if a user wanted to trade back to rsgp it would be there for them.

Pros: no charge backs, no bullshit, sythe owns it
Cons: idk

there would be no duping, as there would be a consequence, because if someone tried to cash out more then there were rsgp, you would know they duped = ip banned from server
