Im not sure if this suggestion has been made before but...

I think that , whilst the forum is a brilliant conduit for RS players that is not Jagex Moderated , there are a lot of scammers. I think 2 things that could: a) increase the forums overall productivity by getting rid of many scammers , and b) decrease the sites bandwidth.

I propose that the site become closed to people that do not have an account i.e non-accessible , and also , particular forums , most of all the black market become limited to those who do not have a certain amount of posts.

I admit that this idea could mean there are less pin sellers , mill sellers and acc sellers , trainers and questors , but most of these unknown ones are scammers and just browse the black market anonymously like i did before , with nothing to lose.

So i ask you members of Sythe what do you think?
