    Slight changes to pardon system.

Currently in pardon system staff vote privately, I don't like this but this will be a suggestion for another day. anyway, when the pardon was done and it's denied, there is no clear reason why it was.

What I'm suggesting is quite easy,
Instead of moving pardons straight to archive when there being dealt with I'd like to see a system implemented using following tags in the title and also leaving a reason denial on the thread:

[Processing] - while the pardon is in the stage before voting
[Voting] - This to be added while pardon is in voting
[D reason] - When the staff leave the reason it was denied.
    [approved] - if it pass's

While the pardon is done and dusted and has the tag D-reason , I believe it should be left for a week so people can see the reason before being achived.

    Anyway :)

    Slight changes to pardon system.

Staff voting is never not going to be public. We don't need to be flamed because users think we have some vendetta for not accepting their pardon.

We are not going to start updating each and every pardon as we vote on them. Pardons in themselves are already a pain to handle and attempting to update it will increase staff workload for very little to no reward. Individuals are aware of when their pardon is moved to voting.

With all of this in mind, I will talk to staff about leaving a post on a denied pardon for basic reasoning so they are not completely dumbfounded.

    So somewhat accepted.
