Decide I'm gonna sell all the gold on my account. Hard decision.

Hi guys. So I've been a little low on money and I've decided I'm going to sell all 100m on my account. I originally was gonna sell the account too, but I've put so much work into it that it's priceless. It's a Korasi pure with 13 defence, 99 str, 99 range, 99 mage, and 97hp all non botted. Has around 190 quest points, all god books filled, all mini quests for pures done. Its been a hard decision knowing I've had all this on my account for almost 3 years now. I think it will be beneficial also because I see gold and item prices decreasing in the long run. In 10 years this game won't be anything. Its also very boring to me now. All I do is either go to the duel arena or clan wars. Pking is a pj fest. What do you guys think?

 

Dont sell your gold... 100M will only get you 60-65 dollars and if you really enjoy the game it wont be worth it.

 

Yeah as said above, to be honest the price of gold isn't worth selling as low as 100M.

$65 isn't really going to substantially effect you, if you're going to sell it, may as well dice/flower it and try and make more, $65 is nothing, a new Xbox or PS3 game tops.

 

$60-$65 can go a long way and since he's short on irl money and finds RuneScape boring other than CW and PK than I see no reason not to sell it.

I would say not to sell all of it but keep just a little that will permit you to still do daily item purchases or if you ever want to train a particular skill.

 

Well it all depends... let's say if you have a job with a stable income of cash, I would just buy the best pking gear and go have a bit of fun before you quit. If your like me and don't have a job (only 15 years old ), then I would sell the RSGP or just dice it away until you make bank or lose it all. That's just what I would do though.

 

If you actively play RS keep it, gold is really useful.

If you hardly play apart to piss around occasionally (like me) sell majority of it, keep a bit to use.

 

if the game is getting boring, sell it. buy yourself something nice get away from rs for a while and when you come back make new money. what is the game about? you spend your cash then go out and make more cash, and 100m is easy to make, its better then the game just getting so boring you never wanna play it again, because your basiclly forcing yourself to play it

I think you should sell it if you need the cash, afterall, IRL > RS.

There would be no point in selling your account unless your extremely trusted because you won't get much for the account.

 

It all depends, do you want irl cash or rsgp? if you want the cash more then sell it but if your iffy and are thinking well i dont wanna sell that much than dont.

 

$ is better then rsgp. And if you are in need of $ then just go ahead and sell them. Goodluck.

 

If you're not gonna be playing again, then sell it. IF you are playing again, keep it. you're gonna need it.

 

I wouldn't bother selling the gold, it'll only get you like $60.

 

Like others have said above, you really only have enough gold to fetch you $50-60. In my opinion, that is really not very much money at all and so I think it would be worth it to just keep it on your account.

If you ever decide to come back to Runescape, you will have a nice chunk of cash on the account to get you started again and you won't have to spend any real life money on GP. On the other hand, if time goes by and you are sure you will never come back to RS, or if you suddenly need $50, you know the GP is sitting on the account and so you could always sell it down the road if you are desperate.

 

I would personally keep it, RS is supposedly getting worked on to make a lot of the game play better and more sociable... (going from runesharks podcast with mod chris l btw)

 

Well If you"be come to your final decision about this realize it's your decision and these are just others opinions on the matter in the e it's your choice really.60$ right now is just a couple weeks worth of gas money or that new Xbox game that's out.If I were you I'd do whatever you think is worth it is all that effort for the old worth 60$?But then again you might quit the game for a couple months and pick up some chicks at the bar with 60$ lol.up 2 u

If you really need cash that bad, you should sell it but it is only around $65. If you are worried you still stake it all away and loose it or dice it then I would sell it otherwise you might regret risking it all away. Also when you are selling make sure you don't get scammed and sell to trusted people or use a OMM otherwise you might loose it all. You could always do a bank sale and make some extra RSGP to keep on your account incase you want to come back to Runescape.
