How they scammed: Name was sniped but before I made the purchase the user told me it was his rsn. The name was on Gun's account. The user is also selling Gun's account. (Known Scammer, Vader)

1) Did you even read what you typed to him and how he responded? I was his WORKER and hold him the acc as a whole when i was working under him. You asked him about it prior, and accepted that.

2) The name: You accepted that and took on the name transfer yourself with Bert. Bert even came into the channel later that day and stated that he fucked up the name xfer and didn't click it in time. Stop being a fucking moron. Yes, I feel bad that it got sniped and Bert had to pay you for it being sniped.. but roughly 30+ people knew the name was up for sale. I got quotes from every big shop, a multitude of people in teamspeak, etc.

Like what is the true issue here? You're simply wasting people's time with an attempt at slandering people's name just because they are associated with me. HONESTLY MAN YOU HAVE A FUCKING OBSESSION WITH ME AND IT'S PSYCHOTIC. I wouldn't doubt a small shrine in your house..

I'll compile screenshots of as many people i informed the name was for sale/asked about it if it's genuinely needed.

 

Unless you can provide evidence gun sniped it, then there is no real grounds for that claim. That's the unfortunate part of the name market.

As for the account, currently gathering some opinions.

EDIT: My thoughts. Considering effigycraft was allowed to run bus's goldselling business under his responsibility, I see this no different. He knows he is responsible to refund if anything happens to the account.

 

Effigy is allowed to sell the account he bought. He knows he is responsible if anything happens.
