Selling accounts if your not the OO?

    Selling accounts if your not the OO?
    Is it safe/OK to sell an account your not the OO of, especially if the OO isn't trusted? And what happens in the case that the OO recovers, then am I liable?

    If you sell an account that isn't yours and it gets recovered, you are liable, yes.

    Oh rip lol, its a really nice account that I could prob sell for a lot, but being liable is gonna be a pain if it ever does get recovered. Have you ever sold an account that you bought from a low rep user and had it recovered?

    Selling accounts if your not the OO?
    They handle it case by case but basically-
    If you were given the recovery details you are liable unless you can prove the OO recovered.
    If you have no recovery details, you should form a deal with the buyer and the OO in the case of recovery, that way if the OO can't recover, you will need to refund the buyer but the OO will also have to refund you.
