Scammer: elevement

Hey guys of sythe so unfortunately I've been scammed/lied to by a member that's rather reputable. I contacted him about a barrows gloves service from scratch on an Ironman (Meaning fresh account) Proof of me telling him about the service and the negotiation starting Proof: Screenshot - 5d7421bccd8e7cd74f97c7cc34ec041a - Gyazo. Our final agreement is on $140.

So he asked me if I agreed to the TOS which stated everything I agreed with other than all supplies must be on the account, Since its a fresh ironman he would have to collect the supplies and such. He agrees to this inquiry

So now that I paid for the service I ask for an estimated time which is roughly 3 1/2 weeks from 12/22/2020 Proof: Screenshot - 55769fffbb4025f6e11a23903f366123 - Gyazo This is when everything goes down hill and requires me to report him.

So our initial date of starting is 12/22/2020, I contact him for a few days and he explains its Christmas time and he's buying presents for his family and he wont be working on Christmas so I completely understand its a holiday and he would like to spend time with his family. 12/27/2020 Days after Christmas I check my account and still nobody logged in so I ask him about it he tells me he has family issues going on and what not so we agree for him to start 12/28/2020.

So another delay happens, since I check the progress of my account every day and occasionally help him with stats ( I also got him over 3m in gold for the ironman which is a grindy process ). I noticed he hasnt logged onto the account in a few days so I confront him about it. He tells me more issues and such and gives me another start date for my account. 1/2/2021

I give him some extra time (1/4/2021) to start the account and when I ask him to start he start being hostile and aggressive because at this point it has been roughly 2 weeks since I've paid for the service and hardly anything has been completed on the account. Another issue arises, He tries to sabotage me by claiming my I sabotaged his service by dying with money, runes and graceful when I haven't played on the account. He started accusing me of all these things until I show proof he was the one that killed my account. Proof:

As you can see the date, The payment of the account was in December, 2020, At the time of this screenshot is the start of February 2021. I was promised 3 1/2 weeks at this point it has been far more than that.

Here, he gives me another fake date of completion along with tries to trick me into thinking I owe him some help even though I paid his price, helped him with quests, kept extending the service completion date and it starts getting nasty between us.

He then claims that I'm not helping him and treating him like a dog even though I gave him FAR more time than he requested for the service. He claims I didn't pay attention about the TOS and he'll have to cancel the service. However, I have clear proof as to what exactly we agreed on. I end up allowing to be mutual and I agreed to help him supply gold for his service but in exchange hell finish my account rather soon.

At this point I'm fed up with all the stuff he's been lying about. I got him 1.2m in gold, he was working on smithing (he didn't gain a single smithing level in about 3 days) he claimed he needed 49 smithing so I decide to help him with that just so he can finish the service quickly. He then tells me he needed 50 smithing but he refused to do it. He tries selling me a sob story as to why he can't complete it and his excuse to why he wants to give me a partial refund instead but I've already waited over 3 months at this point for my account to be ready and I want to to be ready.

Instead of doing the B-gloves service I give him a much easier, shorter and more simple task to do and I'll agree to end the service on a good note. I give 4 simple quests that need to be completed and once again he fails to comply and work on the account with multiple excuses. The time frame of the 4 quests is about 2 days which agreed to. Unfortunately I check on my account and he does 1 quest and stops working on the service because Desert treasure is too difficult for him. Logically if you can't complete something youll work towards the quests you can complete.

Unfortunately I have to report all the things I've had to go through with this guy for a service. He offers a partial refund of a jokingly $20 because he's "almost done". I don't value the money I value the time I wasted on this service along with the bonds to fund an account that was supposed to be completed in 3 1/2 weeks. All I wanted was my account to be completed but this guy clearly doesn't care about his customers and personally I see it as an exit scam where he takes on multiple services and keeps extending the time until he's satisfied with the profit he gained.

The begin of the negotiation started normally, we agree for a price with terms and conditions, he accepted my Terms of Service, also he asked me for a discount is he help me with the account:

After this I start to work constantly on the account, until we start to have problems, because he start count the ETA from december 25th and like I explain in the other paragraph the service start in january 4th, then the account was very fresh, with any stuff and as everyone knows when it's ironman it's more difficult to get everything.

I didn't miss a day of work from the beginning and he wanted the account done before the deadline. And at the deadline there was still a lot more work to do. I started to have problems with him and my life, and I decided countless times to cancel the service to avoid a problem with him, giving him a refund.

And all I got was mistreatment and threats to file a report against me. Just because I wanted to cancel a service that I did not feel comfortable and in optimal condition to finish it. Complying with my terms of service that he accepted.

As time went on I had unexpected problems and in two situations I was unable to log in for 2 to 3 days on the account, one of those days was in December and we had agreed to start on january 4. I also explained to him why I had not logged in on those days. Here's the proof:
