Hashone Banned

Hello , so today while i was logging on i saw that my sythe account was banned for "spamming" i never spam i barely even post anything on sythe except bumping my threads, it also said that the ban will never be lifted due to that , may i know what i have done wrong here? I'm new to sythe and never got a warning or a post on my thread saying not to do something.

I can't find you under that username. Please make a new dispute with your username included. It's likely just a temporary ban for bumping more frequently than every 8 hours.
