It is worth it ?

I found today a internet marketing forum which have a Private PVS for VIP members with Xrumer 5.0 (soon), SEnuke ,uBot Studio (Fully Compiles), Bookmarking Demon, The best spinner, Tweet Attacks or Automatic Article Submitter.The price for subscribing on that site is $150 / year. Soon, after they will launch the new site the subscribtions will be $100/month. That is not my website and I hope this will not be considered this thread a spam or something. I'm new in internet marketing and I joined that community to help others and to be helped.

I don't know if this kind of VIP account it's worth the $150 and I'm waiting for your opinions.
