There are plenty of trusted users here who sale accounts or if you want to be more cautious you could have a hand trained account made in your account and pay someone to train it.

 

I purchased a $500 league account once, never had trouble with it. They also bought it back at a cheaper rate when I resold it to them. However always remember most games accounts can always be recovered by the original owner.
