Yeah I love the guy but I hate how everyone keeps comparing him to Eminem.

 

its only because he is white. he defintly has the potential to be so much better then Eminem. his songs arnt even the same style as eminem

mac miller is deffinately good, but he's going mainstream quick. one if his better songs is "Purple" probably my favorite song lol.

 

I like him too, as long as he stays as he is now and doesn't fall into the same bullshit as everyone else. I don't want to lose this artist in another Tokio Hotel.

 

I've listened to him with a few buddies of mine who do like rap. I personally don't like rap, but his style is alright... although he is a bit too mainstream for me. I wouldn't listen to it on a daily basis or something. Maybe at a party though.

Hate the new album, it's mainstream shit. I only listen to the older stuff, Jukeboxrelude to Class is my favorite CD to be put out from him.

 

MacMiller, eh, I'm going to be honest and say I'm not a huge fan of him. Something about his voice just makes me hate him.

 

lyrically, i don't think he's very good. He's mediocre in my opinion.

 

For those who say he'll surpass Eminem.. Never. Some of the hottest black rapper's can't even surpass Em. I don't like Em, but you need to give credit where credit is due. Eminem remained himself and has found himself. Mac tries too hard to replicate a lifestyle he's not the color of. Musically, he'll attract trendies, lyrically, he'll attract trendies. But when you looking for something to relate to when you're in the gutter....C'mon..
