Where to AFK Train my Rune Pure?

Yeah i was wondering if u guys know of any good spots to afk train my rune pure, like bandits, only tht bandits hit too much on 40 def.

Stats are 70 att 77 str 40 def Please help me out guys.

40 Defence? Hardly anywhere to AFK, I mean there's places to be lazy, like Flesh Crawlers, but I don't think there's anywhere to actually AFK.

 

Yeah, you need pretty good Defence for AFKing, but you can do the Quest to make yourself Respawn at Falador and just bot; fight until you die and just keep fighting.

 

Try using bandits, might be kinda dificult, you cant completly afk there cuz you gotta check on your health everyonce in a while

Giant spiders, there level 50, and there in the stronghold of security. You'll have to look once in a while, to eat. But maybe once every 5 minutes.

Spiders are awesome place for afk training..

use the red spyders under varrok but u may only be able to afk 4 like 4 min with 40 def....
