Haru, disputing a TWC status

Link to/reason for TWC: Being online with two accounts (Two IP TWC)
List of vouches since receiving TWC: (Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better).

I have no vouches, first account has been inactive for greater part of a year and this account, @Haru, is only a week old as of today.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: After logging back into my old Sythe account after several months, I posted for about a week and decided I wanted a name change so I looked it up and found out it wasn't possible for ordinary forums members. So I created a new account with the intention of requesting a ban on the previous one.
I have been simultaneously using both accounts at the same time, one on my regular browser and another on another browser with an installed VPN, thus the Two IP TWC.

Although I did intend to request a ban on my previous account, I had been putting it off in favor of other things off-site. I have no malicious intent of scamming anyone in a trade or do any wrong with being multi-logged. It is stated in my thread that use of Trusted/OMM is accepted.
I'm sorry for holding off on things that I should have done right away and not following the rules.

All you need to do is post a dispute from your home IP to get the TWC removed, which you haven't done yet. Create another dispute on your home IP whenever you'd like to get it removed.
