Hello,,i got scammed by "harrylloyd1992" I was buying hes 20 climbing boots and he would pay me .80$ So i bought hes climbing boots...I told im creating a pp account right now..And i created and now hes saying this "
I think if you ask for a payment through paypal and you dont have an email with paypal when payment is being processed i do not need to pay up.
Which is why i'm getting it verified.
If it turns out I need to pay you, then ofcourse I will."
