Hello I’ve been trying to access my sythe account for A while now and I’ve run into the same issue multiple times. My authenticator works but it keeps saying it’s invalid for some reason.

Hello im not sure if my last thread posted, i couldnt see it so im making another one to make sure, i can login to my acc using password and username but when it comes to authenticator it says the code is invalid each time and i dont know why.

hey i saw your response but those hints u gave are nothing like what i used for my account? could it mean that my account was hacked?

And the know friends that could voice the account is mine?
The name on the account should be [redacted] and the date of birth should be [redacted]
Since the email is apparently not the same I can’t use that.

 

There is no registered phone number on the account and the information you've given does not match any of the information on record.

Do you know anyone reputable on site that can vouch for your identity? Have them message me. If not, I can not recover this account for you.
