Reasoning for "sketchy" behavior leading to TWC:

Don't see any point on waiting for 30 days while I strongly believe that I am innocent and any rational business owner would have done the same. Pendulum has left staff after applying this TWC, and hasn't responded to any of my requests regarding TWC thing, nor any Admins did. Hopefully I can get someones attention here.

My reply to the situation.

there are few factors that haven't been put into the consideration.
1. there is no rule for seizing funds, it would be only applied if customer stole time which he did (2 hours) and the cost of 2 hours would be 16m so that would be removed of the assets with customer accepting.
2. user hasn't exceeded time limit for 5-15 minutes, it has been 2 hours! And he did that voluntarily accepting the consequence which is in our terms of service.
3. every user before renting our accounts accept with terms of service, booting when they have broke on of our rules is in our terms of service.
4. I have given the customer Free first one hour rental, never agreed to his terms of "having the account as long as he wants" , that is just not true. User has notified me that he is still staking and willing to sell me gold as a supplier, doesn't mention specifically that hes onto our staker still doing his stakes, so I was completely unaware of him being addition 2 hours on our account. So no Agreement for his rules.
5. I've had wrong attitude and shouldn't have talked in a rough manner, but after giving him 1 hour free staker and still being stolen for 2 hours, got onto my nerves and I have become angry as he used me like that .
6. We DO NOT need to give warnings when we have TERMS OF SERVICE and your SYTHE rules don't say otherwise, sythe rental rules don't mention anything about account bootings or warnings before doing the boot for breaking our rules.
7. We have lots of rentals through our website, so please take that into consideration that we can't baby sit every users, sometimes 6 users are renting at once. We must show that we cannot be scammed and baby talking to every user that they have exceeded time limit. And what should we expect when user has been over 1 hour on the account? They will simply log out from the account and ignore our reqeusts to pay for the used, "stolen time" .

You'll have to wait out the month as the TWC was discussed by the staff team and not solely applied by Pendulum.

There very much is a rule for just that, as linked in your TWC thread:
Renters are NOT allowed to keep/seize people's banks

You also haven't completed the "Previous TWC & disputes if applicable:" where you received TWCs in the past. When you appeal for your TWC in a month's time, please also include this thread, as well as any/all previous TWC appeals.
