Havent played in a while

I haven't played in years, and I'm getting back on my old range tank staker and making him a main probably.
Like everything is different, can anyone give a veteran player who knew it all when he quit a quick briefing on like... all the weird changes. There's so many :3
Last time I played was close to this accounts creation date, but my old accounts on sythe are from early 07

 

Everything has changed. If you haven't already seen, Jagex brought back Runescape 2007 which the majority of old school players play. The EoC (new Runescape) went with an action (similar to WoW) and messed everything up in my opinion because they're not that type of developers.

 

If you are playing the current game, you will find that pretty much everything has changed. Try it out, but you might feel more comfortable playing the 07 game if EoC isn't to your liking.

 

If you are an easy adaptable person then I'm pretty sure that you will enjoy EoC since there are a lot of updates that has already been introduced. I know that you will be confused with the new combat system but at least, give it a try. Otherwise, play 07 Old School or on RSPS is your only option.

 

A lot has changed. If you like PvP, play OSRS. If you like PvM, then play EoC. The differences for both are huge, like you can't 3 item in EoC, as as soon as you enter the wilderness all your items are at risk now.
