Harassment by Protector and Mrsmutje

First of all i wanna say i contacted Hahanerd through PM asking for advice he told me to make a topic here.

The problem is as following im recieving harrasment through PM from someone who i traded my 07 account for a GW2 account wich went with out any problems

As you can see in the topic Syfiends agreed with me and said this :
You are not responsible for anything but this is also not a scam report so ima go ahead and close this.

However i am getting this disturbing pm's how they are saying they contacted a mod and saying i am going to be banned for being a scammer

Like i said in my 1st topic about them even though these are 2 toxic ppl and they didnt had any respect at all towards me i tried to unlock the account for them wich got locked because mrsmutje sold it to Protector in a short time period and Jagex suspects its being used for RWT ive wasted alot of time on these non respectfull people trying to get the account back them for i tried Twitter everything but they wont unlock it ( This is not my problem and gladly atleast 1 mod here at sythe agreed with me )

I demand that the mod who said i can get banned for this stands up and read the SYTHE rules again because i am not responsible how does Sythe allow this toxicness/false accusations and being very very disrespectfull even though i tried to help them wich i dont have to. PLEASE TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST THESE 2!!!!! i demand actions cause i am not accepting being harassed by these people while i did my utter best to help them. EVEN MRSMUTJE tried to recover the gw2 account we traded for i gladly could recover it back with my phone number.

MRSMUTJE SAYING HE WILL RECOVER MY GW2 BACK AGAIN WICH HE RECOVERED THE FIRST TIME ( GOT IT BACK WITH MY PHONE NUMBER ) AND NOW HE IS SAYING HE WILL HACK IT AGAIN REALLY SYTHE HOW MUCH PROOF DO YOU WANT?

 

It is not purmerender's fault if the account got locked during resale. When you sell an account and change the email right when the IP changes, that tells Jagex the account is being traded around. @mrsmutje

That being said, purmerender should continue to attempt to recover the account if you want the account back, however, don't recover the GW2 account, get the GW2 account locked, or the RS account banned.

 

You recovered an account which is a bannable offence if not resolved.

Mrsmutje has refunded me for your account he sold to me, and he will be the filing the scam report on you directly.You've ignored us for days to try to get the account back but still has a locked login.

EDIT: Hes tweeted to Jagex because he apparently can't remember previous passwords despite being the oo, but I personally believe he triggered an email recovery which still gives the same lockout message.

 

Do you have proof he recovered the account? What is the email connected to the account? Was @mrsmutje given recovery info when they bought the account from OP?

 

I'm not sure, we will need to wait for him to post here with that info.

I find it hard to believe Mrsmutje is scamming when he refunded me instantly for my loss.

@ Charlotte i am not, i tried to unlock for them wich took me 1/4 days of my personal time as i stated in my post i tried twitter and they wont accept the appeal.

You can still trigger a lockout by email recovery, which is what I think you did.

Like I said I've been refunded so I'm good.

That being said i have no idea why the Sythe mods are not enforcing the sythe rules, i provided enough proof that mrsmutje is a scammer wich is a instant ban on Sythe no idea why they wont ban. 2: False accusations is also a ban wich i also provided proof enough that being sad the lack of rule enforcing here on sythe is real.

 

edit since im going to sleep this is ridicilous all these false accusations saying i recovered the account it takes 1min to check if the account is locked or not wich is LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCKED i provided enough proof that these 2 broke the rules yet no actions just ridiculious

 

Purmerender, the reason I am not banning is because there is no proof of who did what yet.

As for the RS account, continue to attempt to recover it and return it. If your recoveries are being denied, a return/refund may be in order.
