How they scammed: The name was sniped as I was trying to transfer it to a level 3 account.

I have other proof that it was Klucius. I already know that it is.

A side note: I sent this in a private message to @Joshuaag1234 the other day because I wanted to show him that @KLucius is the one sniping all of these names.

The second photo is a picture of it being in World 42 on rs3, which is a direct connection to Klucius himself.

You also left out the last message where I tried to help you recover the name. You asked how you should go about that. I even assisted you in that area.

Please post the rest of the whole conversation in the screenshot so others can see it.

The last thing I have to add to this is him requesting a close on the post about him sniping all of those names that were mentioned here:

He knew if we went further into it, that he would be deeper and deeper down. I am requesting a Moderator to confirm the names that he has for sale, if he refuses, he should have some sort of punishment for these actions.

I'd like to say that I am being set up by him because I know that all of his names are sniped and he sniped them himself. (i.e. Uranus, Jupiter, Joker, Pony, and so on)

I'll say it clearly: DON'T MAKE ACCUSATIONS WITHOUT EVIDENCE - I've reported you for doing so, and if you EVER bring my name up in this regard again you'll likely be infracted/banned for harassment. You can't be 100% sure of something you have literally no proof of - you likely sniped this name yourself just like you sniped every other name you accused me of doing.

This little man Blindcube has been accusing me of scamming/sniping for the past two days with LITERALLY no proof - and this is just the icing on the cake. Somebody accuses him of sniping a name, and he instantly takes the blame off himself and places it on me. It's absolutely pathetic how he's trying to place the blame on other people, he's been a nuisance to me for the past two days and has defied all reason and logic I've offered him.

He also refuses to come to terms with the fact that I've told many people of the names I'm selling, and each and every one of them can vouch that the names he thinks I have are wrong. He wishes that Dunworry check out my names, and I've told him more than once that I have absolutely no problem with that.

Blindcube, get this through your thick skull: If you make allegations that somebody has scammed or sniped a name, you need to provide proof, otherwise you're breaking the rules of Sythe and making innocent people look bad.

You've dug yourself a hole and now you're going to back up all your claims that I own the 20+ names you think I do, and if you don't then you'll have to admit you were wrong. I will not have a little 15 year old meddling with my business and making me look bad.

If a mod sees this, please inform Blindcube that it is against the rules to accuse a user of scamming without proof. I'm absolutely sick of his harassment, he's pinning multiple sniped names on me because he has no proof or reason to believe I sniped any individual names. I've provided logic, reason and even proof of the names I own to shut him up, but nothing will stop him. He's going to keep harassing me until he's punished by a mod or gets himself banned for sniping/scamming himself, which will probably happen soon as he's had a lot of reports filed against him recently. IMO he should have received a TWC or NDT for the situation with Gun (posted below in this thread) in which he attempted to scam and acted incredibly suspiciously. On top of that, he was apparently "hacked" and lost a two digit name he was selling, but he somehow has it back and even has the audacity to list it as "a very safe name to buy".

Those "screenshots" he posted are absolutely no proof that it was me who sniped it. Literally anybody could PM that, it was probably Blind PMing his main in an attempt to intimidate me. Either that or I'd be a stupid enough sniper to admit to sniping in game. Disgraceful attempt to incriminate me, Blindcube/Ryan.

And @blindcubefreak I locked my thread because I was sick of your insane ranting. You're turning the name of KLucius into a meme with your obsessive "KLucius sniped this!!!" and "KLucius sniped that!!!" Either show proof now or quit whining.

If no other mods get to it first, I'd trust @Gracious or DW to help Blindcube understand that he can't go around placing false allegations on people.

I'd like to add that the only person who knew with certainty the name was being transferred that day was Blindcube unless he told anyone. It was public knowledge however that I was trying to price check the name and try to sell it, so lucius could have gotten it too.

 

I hope the mod that handles it actually catches you this time for sniping a name. You requested a close on your thread because you did dig a hole. And you ignored the part when I said that a moderator should check your names, because I know that you sniped every single one of them yourself.

 

You Price checked the name recently and then posted selling a name which matched the Price checked name starting with same letter and same amount of characters in said name, multiple people could have seen it.

 

This has to fucking end between you two. @KLucius @blindcubefreak At this point both of you are just cluttering up the forum with your bullshit and having staff waste their time reading your banter. Take it to private message for fucks sake. Blindcubefreak, you can't just go around insinuating KLucius is a scammer without (concrete) proof. Even if you are right you're going to end up being the boy who cried snipe and get yourself banned with how many infractions you're going to accumulate making baseless claims. It's an actual rule that you can't accuse someone of scamming without proof. Until you get some actual evidence of his wrongdoings just keep your comments to yourself.

What Blind said was right though, if you submit an appeal you can usually recover the name.
UNLESS.... the name is on a new account/account with low stats.

I have my proof versus @lusterb2010 's, and it involves @KLucius, so it's enough to bring him into this situation. I already know that he sniped this name. It's not any news to me. You might want to take a look at all of the screenshots.

So if you didn't snipe it, but know that the account had no stats, like why do you know that and why would you unless you were watching it and sniped it? Explain.

 

What I think about the situation at hand is irrelevant. I'm not an authority on the matter and have nothing of value to contribute to the report(s). I'm just saying it seems like you are on a witch hunt. What you consider proof isn't proof at all. You said the fact the account was logged in to world 42 was a "DIRECTION CONNECTION" to KLucius. It's just circumstantial. Yes, he may play on world 42 but also about 10,000 other people do too. That's like blaming someone for murder just because they were in the same city as the victim the night of. You need to revamp your argument against him because it is absolutely flawed.

 

FYI he was banned for being "Hacked" a week or two ago in a trade I was MiddleManning. He was attempting to buy an RSN for 200M 07 and set up some 3rd party scam within the trade. This is of similar context, so yes he had extreme interest in getting a rare name, and is sketchy.

 

I did accuse you of scamming me originally, but once Renma left, we knew he was the one at fault. I was actually hacked on Sythe. My password was leaked through multiple sources on other sites, and it happened to be the same password on here.

EDIT: Renma even hacked someone else on Sythe to my knowledge, so you calling me out in some way, shape or from, isn't very concrete.
