How much is this account worth?

I have a level 80 strength with 40 attack. -Pure strength account-

I also have a level 70 strength with 40 attack. -another pure strength account-

Each have 500k on them.

How much do you think each of those accounts would be worth in money through paypal, and how much would they be worth in rsgp?
