need help with my limited paypal! WILL VOUCH IF U HELP!

hey guys , i just typed in all the info needed to lift my limitation on my paypal but it says my account is still limited and shit i dont get it they also sent me an email saying my account has been restored but i still see it limited.


i also recieved this email from them i dont know what it means :

Aparently you have a claim against you or something. I just lifted my limit as a "primier" user. You may have it set as your a business or something. Set your account type to preimier, settle any claims you have, then try it.

I don't need a vouch. But use the "help and request" section next time. Under "User Education"


EDIT: I don't see any claims in your screen shot but click that link that says "limitation details" and see what that says.

Its paypal , they can block your account for 180 days for whatever reason they want. even for "due to high-risk transactions"
