*Must be Hand-Trained
*The account is free-to-play
*Fresh level 3 account
*It has all supplies for each skills to be trained (located in the bank) - no pin
*The account has Authenticator, you must contact me for the numbers before logging in
*No combat skills must be trained (I'd like to do all combat myself)
*The account has Chronicle book for Varrock teleports (fully stocked)
*The account has 10,000 gp for any misc. items needed to complete any of these orders
*All quest items needed/energy potions/Food are also supplied
