@handcuff is sniping/stealing everyones names

I would like to report the user @handcuff for stealing multiple names from me and other sellers/buyers.

Proof #1
(NA) Summoner Name: Lame (Stolen from my customer whilst he was putting the name to his main)

Student (it got stolen from me whilst I was transferring the name to my other account, I don't have documented proof for this as I wasn't chatting someone else about it, besides a screenshot that I sent it to my friends group chat where they help me find a nice icon):

I can bring forward more proof from myself and from other victims if needed.

 

You're actually quite funny I'm not even gonna bother waste my time on this as you don't know how name claiming works.

 

How was I supposed to know you were transfering it?
I just happened to have it in my name list.

As the rule says
Name sniping is strictly prohibited and treated as scamming. Name sniping is defined as intercepting a trade between users (onsite or offsite)
I had no idea the account was being sold or transfered therefor I don't see how I've broken any rules.
