Trying to resolve the problem without the report proved a huge problem, initially i wanted to get my 200m back so i can afford another infernal service. Cickarful didn’t want to, offered me team viewer service but only if i paid.

I've removed the 0% ban rate from your thread title/post as it's no longer true. @starfall's request was reasonable. This is being discussed by staff as you've decided not to issue a refund.

We had deal, I will give him 100m discount, (he didnt pay 300m but 200m for infernal cape service) in return, he taught me how to set up proxy software (CCPROXY).

He was my first customer via this method, I didnt know ban rate via this method.

I knew nothing about this method, about ips and stuff like that, he knew much more what risks are because he told me he was hacker in past, or something like that...

So he told me I can choose:
1) I will do teamviewer inferno for him for free!
2) or he will post this

what do you think guys? Is fair what this guy is doing? only because he doesnt have enough money for cape he wants badly.

Second, your thread verified 0% ban rate and with your TOS confirming that you’re not held liable for anything, is that fair to me? 0% ban rate for vpn as well as teamviewer is what i got from your thread, i taught you how to use ccproxy as you were the one that asked for it and it was part of the deal, regardless of if you gave me a discount i helped you endlessly with questions you had even after you did my cape which wasn’t part of the deal which i have pics of too, i just don’t understand how you can have “0%” ban rate in your thread, get someone banned and then just claim TOS which one is it man?

Remember that i am the buyer not the seller, you shouldn’t have sold me it and was ready to go with ccproxy if you didn’t know about ban rates and you def shouldn’t have had 0% in your thread, you started being really unfriendly to me and wouldn’t do anything for me.


Also your post saying anything but tv is safe was before i ever even mentioned ccproxy, so i don’t understand, why didn’t you just say it wasn’t safe?

 

Well i trusted him regardless of the message i recieved on my other sythe account before i remembered that i had my starfall acc on sythe i commented on his thread and got a warning from another member saying this:

Edit: also had my cape about a month before being banned


He generally seems like a nice guy but when it comes down to solving problems with his customers he just absoloutley turns his head and starts getting aggrivated, also funny how he booked me infront of one of his other customers, and told the guy he was going to bed (but did mine after)

 

@cickarful is advertising TeamViewer as 0% ban rate, not CCPROXY, which from his own personal experience can very well be true. This is by no means a guarantee that you account will not get banned. You did not use TeamViewer for this service and instead used a method he was not familiar with (which he clearly told you this).

Judging by the vouch left we can confirm he did get you the cape, but as his TOS states, he is not responsible for any bans that occur during his service.
