Hamburglar scammed me for $30 USD

I wanted to buy an account off him for $50 USD. We couldn't find a MM at the moment, so we agreed that I would first send $30 USD, he'd in turn send recoveries and after I would've checked the legitimacy of the recoveries, I would've sent the remaining $20 USD.
