Halo 3 - Vidmaster Endure

hey guys,
Ive tryed vidmaster endure like 3 times and either lagg out or die at the very end. I promised my little brother id get him the achivement by tomarrow If anybody can complete this achivement in halo 3 for me. In under 8 hours I will pay 3000msp -- Must be done in less then 8 hours.
If trusted I might go first will prefer trusted middleman
Might give 1500 first then the other 1500 2nd
I will ALSO be willing to split up the 3000msp
If 3 good players help me I will send them 1000msp ea.

PLZ guys i need this achivement done fast. I also do not fully understand how I let other people use my account or how to send people msp. I have 3000 msp, not sure how to buy/give other people them plz explain if u can.
