Half over

Zygor guides recently released an update and in the video promoting it they said that WoW's "life" is half over.


What do you all think about this?

 

It is going to be over in 3 years. The only people going to be playing are the die hards.

 

This isn't an official chart from Blizzard. However, to date, it has followed every Blizzard product release.



Looks like Blizzard intends WoW to last 2 more expansions, with x5 being released around Q4 2013. So WoW would probably have about 4 or so years left. Of course, this is always subject to change, and Blizzard could intend on bringing out WoW2 or something.

 

I wouldn't be beating myself up if WoW only lasted another 4 years. It's had a good run so far and any longer than that would just be overkill.

 

Knowing Blizzard, I wouldn't be surprised to see Warcraft 4, and then possibly an introduction of another MMO based on the WoW lore, with a new engine and such of course.

 

If it would last for 4 more years it would be great, already been 6 - 7 years.
I would so love to see WoW 2, start everything fresh again.

Honestly, I would too.

WoW has had an amazing run. Lots of people still play.

 

They would make WoW 2 before Warcraft 4. It's a business and WoW brings in by far the most amount of money.

 

Been dreaming of that for a while, I am addicted to Warcraft lore. I think WoW is coming to an end soon.
