Briefly explain the trade: I was selling 07RS gp for the goldrate 3$/m.

How they scammed: He took back the money from paypal after he got my 20mil 07RS gp.

What time in the video does it show the user's msn/Skype ID:
I'm showing his skype info at 00:08 and at the end of the video.

What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items:
01:06 - you can see in our skype convo that I traded him the gold.

What time in the video does it show you not receiving the account/money/items:
01:39 - you can see that the money was taken back to his paypal account.

he has been getting alot of reports of being called a scammer in his threads, but they were removed by mods because of lacking proof. Hopefully this post is proof enough that he is indeed a scammer.

After I received the 30$ on my [email protected] account I immediately bought a game on steam, since I thought that it might make him unable to take back the money(I had a feeling he would, since it was getting obvious he was trying to scam). That money & game is still there, however the 30$ on my first paypal account is gone.

Speaking with him now. "Held" doesn't necessarily mean chargedback so I'll look in to it, thanks

Well, the money was there before and the status was "Completed", not "Held". This changed about 10-15minutes after we finished talking.
If you read the conversation I posted(or watch the video for even better proof) you would notice he obviously tried to scam me off even more gold.

 

Alright, Paypal seems okay on his end, can you add my Skype?

These are the automated mails that I got from Paypal yesterday. I have sent an email to them asking as to why this happened exactly. (Also sent them information through the Resolution Center, as they requested)
If you wish to see the exact details of these mails, contact me on skype and you can see them for yourself through teamviewer. (mods only)
I'll be showing them to Roary when he comes back online.

I have banned him for scamming on another thread, but your help would still be greatly appreciated.
