Hacker stole my account

Hey, I followed this : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1466847 and posted on the forums

I posted at 1:40 ish and I haven't got a reply, its been 4 hours.. but video said that a J mod will get to me in less than an hour

 

Jagex is probably too busy fixing their system. Perhaps give them at least 24hours.

 

Sorry I'm completely confused, whats wrong with their system? Only just got back to RS and noticed my account has many 99s now looking at hiscores but some levels which I got have stayed the same. I supplied SO much information, I don't know if that will be enough to get it back.

 

did you submit the recovery from your origional ip? origional ip of the creation of the accounts always gets the account back. But jagex is etremely busy with all the glitches and stuff they are trying to fix with the new updates as well as many people appealing shitty bans and such. so just be patient and they'll get back to you eventually.

 

The account creation was at a place which is now demolished and also they just posted they got up to page 2304 when my post is on 2333 so I guess that sorts it then

 

Most likely they reply in under an hour, but it depends on the amount of replies on the thread. The thread is usually spammed and there's only 1-2 jagex moderators working on solving all problems. Try replying again and wait 24 hours

 

Get used to it, jagex sucks. I sent them an email about recovering an account that was stolen from me and Its been over a week with no reply. Quite annoyed.

 

I can amend the sticky, but in almost all cases it's been an hour or less. Just be patient and if it takes more than 24 hours pm me
