Hacked Runescape Account

So he changed the email and everything, I sent Jagex and email, and still haven't received a reply, I know they're new update where you can only recover via Email, any way to bypass that?

Because my account (138 Maxed) was hacked and they changed the emails.

Best things you can do to secure the account;

If you know you're IP address or the IP address from which the account was created, provide that.

If you have your membership details (The reference number, blah blah) provide that.

Best way to get a swift reply is from the forums, go to account help!

Try calling jagex directly, or attempt to recover it so many times that it gets locked.

 

What's Jagex's number?
