Explanation of the trade: I was attempting to purchase a name off Syxth. Everything was going as planned until the last second when I hit confirm on the name change and it was declined. (I was given the notification it was available)

How they scammed: Name Sniped (Created new account with the name)

I've reversed the ban as I had the times wrong. However, I will need to see the terms of this name trade and who was taking responsibility for name snipes.

Neither of us took Responsibility for snipes. I offered to go first on the Payment and that was it. I also offered to pay for both bonds.

 

I was also being harassed by @Reece Moore who made the second account of @Sulphni I assume.

Which was what I asked for and that was declined.

 

What up, for one, i don't play this game, i know 'snipe bots' exist, as I've had a name sniped from me a few years back and also the pinned thread. i let this guy know to be fast when i tell him to change the name, he then claims it declined literally 3 seconds after i changed. then i try and help this guy out, pming admins etc and he makes a thread showing my discord/discord connected accounts claiming i'm the one who sniped the name. All because i asked someone if they would be interested in buying hours before contact with 'enj0y'

 

You can show my chat logs all you want, you're the one who approached me in game asking if you could purchase the name, i asked around 3/4 people on this site if they would be interested in buying the name, so clearly some people knew that the name was being traded. I have no intentions on returning to this site, i used to use it once for trying to sell my account ages ago. I returned to sell the name for gold and my intentions where to stake the money as i told enj0y, he had the chance to offer me os gold, rs3 gold but instead he wanted to offer cash.

 

@Sulphni Due to how name sales work, liability for the transfer has to be discussed before the trade. Since neither of you assumed liability you both share it equally, you have 24 hours to repay this or you will be banned.

 

Ban me, Not giving him back nothing lmao maybe if he went a different way about this rather than accusing me of it.
