@IronmanSeller refunded me $345 on my paypal

a few months ago we made him 2 hc accounts for barrow gloves from scratch, but one account was banned and the other died, and one of my workers suggested he make them "GIM", so he agreed to recreate those 2 hc accounts for barrow gloves but this time in "GIM" to make it easier to finish them, after a month that the work was completed he says that he has not been able to sell the accounts because they are GIM, and he issued a refund to his bank and now I have -$321.76 in my PP account, (it was -$345 which he refunded) but before he did that I had a balance of +$24, which when he issued the refund was immediately deducted.

here i will leave a pic of one of those 2 accounts made, you can clearly see in the photo of Peter (my worker) that the account is hc GIM and @IronmanSeller did not say anything.

he agreed from the beginning, he just didn't know that he couldn't sell them and to be honest I didn't know either, but we only did our job in making those 2 hc accounts, and that's what we did, after one month he comes back to me and do all this shit

 

the only ToS agreed was that if the accounts died or were banned me would have to recreate them again

i have no evidence about that, since it was the worker who suggested to him by PM, but clearly in the previous SS @IronmanSeller says that he did not know that he could not sell them, he was aware that the accounts were GIM, the other SS shows the clear evidence that the account was done hc GIM, and he didn't say anything, evidently he saw, after more than a month he writes to me, why didn't he write to me the next day? or in a week? He didn't, it's not my fault he can't sell those 2 accounts. Do you think what he did is fair? then the work that was done is worth nothing?

 

please read the SS, it clearly says that he did not know that being GIM he could not sell them ( but he knew and agreed that those accounts were GIM)

 

Alright I just got off work so please do not mind me being straight to the point.

I ordered two hcim with b glove quested from scratch to be sold after they were done.

Some time went by and the accounts had either died or were banned.

After getting notice that the one of the accounts that were about to be finished had died moments away from being completed, Naomi, Dendis worker working on both accounts came to me to ask a question (see imgur link below) regarding making the two hcim into a group. At first I didn't want it to be done as I wouldn't be able to sell them separately afterwards. (as you can see in screenshots, I didn't outright accept Namoi's offer and my main concern was the fact of me not being able to sell them) Naomi, who was working to make these hcim accounts, came back and said that after asking Dendi she confirmed that the accounts would be able to be split once they were done.

So the reasons why I chose to accept the GIM offer were as such: the accounts would be completed faster as promised by Naomi, my worry about not being able to split them later was settled by Naomi, and Naomi stated she recently had wrist surgery and thats all OSRS is - finger and wrist movement - so I thought I would be helping her recover faster as well.

Later I came back to Dendi and complained because that day I was getting ready to sell the accounts. (conversation seen below in imgur link) I told him that his worker guaranteed me the accounts would be able to split and he is ultimately responsible for not keeping better track of his workers and the fact that I only agreed to the switch discussed from which his work promised something that was impossible. At first I just wanted the accounts re-done, Dendi refused to remake the accounts because it was his belief that this mess my my fault alone.

I want it on record that I no longer want the accounts redone as I am currently on the edge of quitting selling accounts.

Edit: I was thinking of removing 'Naomi, who was working to make these hcim accounts, came back and said that after asking Dendi she confirmed that the accounts would be able to be split once they were done.', since I can see how she could mean "webpage" instead of a person, but I decided against it because it would have been avoided if Dendi was on top of his worker like he should be.

 

i don't see my name in your SS saying that it was me who said that to her, she would ask you because the accounts are yours, she refers "They told me that.." tis cuz she read to the website, wiki, at no time does he say "Dendi told me that", and you thought that I told him

you didn't know how to understand her, that happened.

 

First, I can see what you are saying, being possible. But for me when someone says 'they' they are referring to a person not a webpage. This is something else that could have been avoided if you were on top of your worker like I previously mentioned.

Second, I can't understand why you keep trying to make it seem like the deal was between me and Naomi. You are the boss I bought these services from you and Naomi works for you. I pay you and Noami gets paid by you. I need you to understand this.

 

then why did you write to her in pm if the deal was with me and not with her? Why did you always ask the PM for an update and not the group chat that I did for precisely that? i know she's my worker, and i took care when she died or got ban on your accounts, i recreated them and placed the supplies because we agreed on that, why didn't you ask me "hey dendi, naomi suggested this to me" but i didn't you did, then you're telling me that I think the deal was between the two of you, but you talked more with her than with me, they didn't even do it in the group chat, that's reason I did that chat

 

and now i understand, you will leave account sales then you wont mind getting some penalty from sythe if they see that i am right and that it was your fault also for not communicating directly with me regarding gim accounts

 

I got an email from pp, you called your bank directly, and it will be difficult for pp to return the refund, it also says that you have a chance until the 13th this month to cancel that refund, but you don't mind canceling because you will stop selling accounts?? I see it very unfair

 

You make an excellent point, which is why I want it on record that the chat started because I literally thought Naomi was coming on to me. It was her who used the PM chat to give updates. Please see screenshots where I was just trying to make conversation when she would post progress without being asked to (something Dendi would have known if even for a second, supervised like he was supposed to, maybe asking himself a question like Hmm.. I wonder why no progress was posted in the chat for 2 months). Take a look at the very first conversation that was sent between us. 'Amh After of the end work i cant tallk you ?' who wouldn't take that as I want to keep talking to you even after the service is completed'????? And I wouldn't mind literally screen'ing every pm sent between us to prove my point.

It was also her who came to me to ask if she could make the accounts GIM.

This isn't because Naomi is a bad worker, its because she is inexperienced. You weren't able to give her the proper training. I got a job back in September that I had to spend 2 weeks for 8 hours a day training. She had no idea what she was doing would cause this dispute right now.

TLDR: private messaging between Naomi and I, was meant purely for flirtation purposes.
