best safe spots??

so i have been trying to make a lvl 1 def pure for a while now (3 f'd because of longrange) and i was just wondering where a good place to train range for good exp per hr. the way i have been doing is varrock sewer till 70-75 f2p then switch to p2p and go to 80 in the sewers at the skeles. which normally only takes a little over 2 days of suicide botting. then i do watchtower quest and go to the caged greater demons in gu'tanoth south of yanille. at level 85 i can get between 33-35k exp/ph using mithril arrows. is there a better spot i could be ranging at to get more exp/ph and would red chins or cannon improve exp by a lot? any help on the subject is appreciated. also can anyone recommend a good range script?

 

You can range in the biohazard arena thingy at the ogres near gnome stronghold

You need to complete biohazard, but not sure if it gives defence xp

 

Use an autofighter. They detect any monsters nearby and will use range.

 

You could just bot Soulwars.
