I sold the account to noak on 1/25/2011 and the OMM was giddy.
He paid me and the trade was fine but we kept in touch texting eachother almost daily talking about runescape and other stuff. He tells me hes gonna resell the account for a wow acc and i say fine i dont mind. so some time goes by(about 2 or 3 months) and he tells me hes banned on here( i forgot why).
He says can he have a refund for the account, i told him i spent the money already and i cant do anything. He asked me to sell the account for a wow account for him but i told him i couldnt because i never played wow. we kept in touch from there through texting (but not daily probably in intervals of 1-2 days) and playing rs together occasionally, but he quit because of some responsibilities he said he had to take care of.(he was 15 at the time i think).
so i asked if i can play the account and he says yeah but dont spend any money, about a week later he says he's quitting for good and i can have the account back. So i played it for a while then got bored and bought another lower level account and after some time put my main up for sell again and after some time i quit trying to sell it because i havnt got any legit offers.

I still have the account today and have since lost contact with noak, something about his phone disconnected i think. Idk if its against the rules to try and resell an account in that order, but i havnt hacked the account back or stolen it from anyone in any way, idk how else to prove this because the convo me and noak had were through texts and runescape. But i havnt scammed anyone in the market place, im not even involved in the market besides selling a name and getting a price check on a lvl 120.
