Zuir is a Scammer

Zuir is a scammer. I will be posting pictures of my chat log and paypal page. I went first and he took the account and changed everything. Then he told me to send a money request to an email that I found out was not linked to a paypal account. He then laughed and ran away with my account promising me $70 for a Halo 3 account with a 50 in MLG and TS...

I got on today and he told me that he sent the money etc. When I said that I didn't get any money he laughed and said that he had another account that was already banned and that "I just got your account nub!!!! I'm already banned!!! HAHA, you're soo dumb for trading with someone that's already banned..." I'm just a little confused why he was able to make another account? Doesn't sythe ip ban people?

Also, chat logs are not accepted. I'll see if I can find his other account though; we do IP ban when it helps, but it doesn't do much for people on proxies or dynamic IP's.
