Banned from unverified guide section (Runescape)

So like 5 months back i posted this:

on dispute forum section and i did not get an answer or anyone to do something for me, what i thou it was a temp ban from Unverified guide section it has become a perm ban which i think is wrong cause first off i didn't do anything to recieve either them both.

I will please ask a mod here to read this http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=884692 and do something cause i can't use the unverified guide section of runescape markets and thats the section i most use here on sythe.

Banned still.. it's been a day can someone please do something about this...
