[H1Z1] Who Plays? Aiming?

Hey, I'm curious as to who here plays H1Z1?! Is it better than DayZ? I have H1Z1 but it's been extremely buggy lately. However I'm curious as to how the aiming system works. It looks so easy, but I just can't seem to get them far range. I know you have to anticipate where they are running, but do you normally aim the crosshair above their heads to get the headshot or on the torso when viewing via 3rd person. Is it easier via first person or third person? This game is pretty damn amazin, I just wanna be good at it is all haha.
