He is the same person as PlayerStacks quite obviously, trying to run a business/website type venture just as he was on PlayerStacks/VirtuGolds, despite it being a VPN IP as declared in the previous report.

He's also trying to donate shortly after registration just as VirtuGolds did.

Also as he declared in a dispute the VPN is actually just in use on his military base, so it's obviously the same person again given the similar business type, showing up not too long after his last ban, etc.
