Just posting this here while my appeal is pending; I'll update it when the appeal comes through. It should take less than a day to get a response, right?

I was talking to a member of staff last night, and we brought up these concerns. Not sure if they have been addressed yet; if not, I'm just leaving them here as unanswered inconsistencies. Would appreciate it if you could tack this thread onto the end of the other one (or just leave it for a day, whatever you want).

    1) This email http://puu.sh/6K9kR/e012d3cd7e.png is not a recovery email. You cannot recover an account from jagex just by saying "my account was hacked" - you have to provide your login, pass history, email history, transaction history, etc. in order to avoid an instant denial. He clearly shows the entire email in the message, and there was none of that information included.
    2) Along with that idea, this email http://puu.sh/6K9nV/bcbe82c791.png is not sent from the email I transferred the account to when I sold it to him. This supports the idea he's taken the account on one of his emails, transferred it to another, and is claiming that he cant get his account back (in an email that lacks all recovery details); essentially, he's saying that he cant recover the account on email2 because email1 (both his) still has control of it. And again, he didn't attempt a recovery.
    3) There as massive typos in this http://puu.sh/6K9sr/c58b6f0993.png proof email from jagex. The first line has a typo in it, and I've never seen another email where jagex prints their name in multicolored letters. If you google "appreciate you for contacting jagex," you get no hits. Surely someone else would have gotten one email from jagex of the same sort?
    4) I still dont believe that jagex responded to his email in under 20 hours on a SUNDAY in England
    5) Will remove this post when the email comes through. Thanks.

I agree with the fact that those emails look totally faked.
