    hmm who can help me fix some computer issues?
    Well, I reformatted my computer about 2 weeks ago because of the viruses I have obtained.

    ever since i reformatted, I try to run specific programs like Camtasia or try to install CS from steam, it would always just restart my computer

    anyone know how to fix this other than re-reformating?

    sounds like you did something wrong. did you reformat by deleting the partitions fully or just uninstall windows? cuz you may have left over some reg files or system files that are fuckin with you.
