How is this the wrong section? He is buying normal ingame items for (I presume) RSGP which complies with the rules of this section. He is simply asking for these items for a specific purpose which everyone does for whatever reason. Unless you can claim exactly why this should be in the black market then Syko_Chicken has as much right to create a thread here as you have to be browsing it.

Hey man, I would love to get you those items, but since your paying with rsgp I suggest you just try making a post on the actual runescape forums, Ive done that many times for quest items =)

 

Its in the market place? The market place is for in runescape trades, gold for items.
